My story

Sadly my owner passed away. I was being given away on a WhatsApp group and a kind lady took me in. She tried to keep me but the complex rules where she lived, only allowed 2 pets per household.

Pug Rescue South Africa was contacted and I was immediately taken in. I was taken to the Animal Eye Hospital as I have a problem with my eyes. Unfortunately it was discovered I am completely blind, and nothing can be done to restore my sight. I have a colourful “halo” to protect my eyes when I bump into things.
