I was surrendered to another Welfare Org in CT as unwanted. They contacted Pug Rescue immediately and asked if they could take me in. I was fetched and am now settled in my foster home. I do not have any eyes, sadly my ex owners did not divulge this information. Due to me having no eyes, I will remain safe in foster care where all my needs are met.
